Artwork
Camera Ready artwork means, black and white laser printed artwork of 1200 dpi or higher. We require the camera ready artwork to be in EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) for PC. Please convert all text to outlines when possible.
The following artwork is not considered Camera Ready: photographs, slides, transparencies, negative stats or films that need to be reversed to positive, halftone art that needs to be resized, low resolution laser printed artwork of less than 1200 dpi (we recommend sending black and white 1200 dpi laser prints at 200% larger than actual size), photocopies, faxed art, letterhead, business cards, Web images or any other art that needs to be touched-up, color separated, or multi-color art to be made one-color or otherwise improved. Stats, PMTs or computer scans of the above are not considered camera ready. |

An Overview of the Ordering Process
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email notification that we have received your order and instructions on how to send us your artwork. Then, one of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order. He or she will check product availability, review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times, and make sure to offer you any recommendations should our expertise be helpful.
Once your order is reviewed, you will be faxed an order acknowledgement with your proof showing the artwork to be printed and placement on your selected item. Please return this order acknowledgement within 24 hours so as not to effect your expected date of shipment. Late approvals from customers may require expedited shipping methods or in some cases rush production charges. If you require any modification please note on the order acknowledgment.
Returns: after the order acknowledgment approving the artwork to be imprinted is returned it will be sent to production for decoration (imprinting, screen printing, embroidery, etc). After the product has been imprinted on (according to the faxed proof) there are no product returns accepted. |
How soon can I get it?
Each supplier has a different production time. It is very important to know your schedule when selecting a product or supplier. There are suppliers who will print your order in 2 hours but you still have to allow ship time. |
My logo has 4 colors, will this cost extra?
Many products have a limit to the number of colors they can print. If you have more than one or two colors in your logo and it can't be converted to a one color than there are many products that are digitally printed now in full color at the same reasonable rates as one color imprints. Call for more details. |
I have a jpeg of my logo, can you use it to print on promotional products?
All products that are not digitally printed must be submitted in a format called vectored art. It is line art rather than pixels. Only a graphics art program such as illistrator, coreldraw, in design etc can be used for submitting files to suppliers. If you need assistance with your artwork, please call for details. |
I need someone to design my business card and brochure, can you do that?
Depending on what your needs are, I can set business cards for you. I also work with a Graphic Designer that can prepare professional, custom pieces for you. Call for details and pricing. |

I want to order a sample, how do I do that?
If you need a sample of any product off the website, please email me the item number. Each supplier has different sample policies. Once I know the item, I can give you the cost and ship time. |
I want to order a product without an imprint, is that possible?
Many suppliers have discounts for ordering blank items. Call for details. |
What is your minimum order for T-Shirts with my logo?
There is no minimum when it comes to apparel. With screen printing the cost is in the set up so it can get costly to do a small run. I have a supplier that does direct on garmet printing and you can order one piece at a time. I would also suggest embroidery for small runs. |
